Francis D. McCarraher Sr.
Francis McCarraher passed away on July 16, 2025 in Parksley Virginia.
Francis was predeceased by his first wife Dorothy Killinger Maretia and his second wife Ruby Whitehead McCarraher. Born on October 12, 1936 in Modena PA he was the son of the late Frank “BUCK” McCarraher and Anna Smith McCarraher. Francis worked for the Continental Canning Co as a Printing Operator.
He is survived by a daughter Katherine & (Ken) Hoffman, son Francis McCarraher Jr., son Charles McCarraher, Robert McCarraher, sisters Jane Vanwey and Lola Gregor, brother Leroy McCarraher, several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. He was also deceased by a brother Wilmer McCarraher.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 23, 2025 at 11:00AM with a time of visitation from 10:00AM till the service at the Maclean-Chamberlain Funeral Home 339 West Kings Hwy Coatesville, PA. Burial will follow the service at Fairview Cemetery of Coatesville.
