Maureen Kovalovich, 75 of Coatesville
Maureen Kovalovich passed away on November 20, 2025 at Paoli Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband in 2019, Joseph Thomas Kovalovich.
Born on April 11, 1950 in Albany NY, she was the youngest daughter of Robert Brinkworth and Ruth Colvin Brinkworth.
Maureen worked for the Chester County Intermediate Unit as a Speech Pathologist. Maureen was an avid quilter and in retirement she was an active member of the Hillview Community where she taught others this craft. Other past times include cheering on the Eagles, Phillies, and Nittany Lions, and watching Dancing with the Stars.
She is survived by step sons Joel (Gabrielle) and Jason (Carrie), grandchildren Kara Lee (Cole), Connor (Katelin), Anthony (Allison) and Gennise, sisters Susan Motiff and Diane Finn, step-mother Mary Sondel, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by two sisters, Mary Lou Sondel and Rosemary Holland.
Maureen’s Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday March 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM with a time of visitation from 10:00 AM till the service at the Maclean Chamberlain Funeral Home Inc. 339 West Kings Hwy, Coatesville, PA 19320. Burial will follow the service at All Souls Cemetery, Coatesville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Alzheimer’s Association, Delaware Valley Chapter.
