Richard Paul Husta, 78 of Honey Brook
Richard “Dick” Husta passed away on April 19, 2026 surrounded by his loving family.
Dick was the loving husband to Serafina Approbato-Husta and they shared 54 years of marriage.
Born on September 17, 1947 in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of George Husta and Marion Nye-Husta.
Dick was a technician/manager in the field of telecommunications for 43 years and held memberships with the Chester County Radio Control Club and the Green Hills Sportsman’s Club.
In addition to his wife, Dick is survived by his children Elizabeth (Jason) Castetter and Joseph (Ivonne) Husta, 5 grandchildren, and a cousin Bruce (Sonja) Nye.
A celebration of Dick’s life will be held on Saturday April 25, 2026 at the Maclean-Chamberlain Funeral Home Inc. 339 West Kings Hwy, Coatesville, PA with the visitation to start at 1:00 PM.
Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers please feel free to make a donation in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
