Dona Faye (Houck) Kieffer, wife of James Earl Kieffer, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Reading Hospital.  Dona was born on June 12, 1942 in Honey Brook to Chester and Irma (Cairns) Houck.  Dona graduated from Owen J Roberts High School in 1960.  James and Dona celebrated 62 years of marriage in March.  They made their home on Beaver Dam Road in Honey Brook.

Dona was a member of East Nantmeal Baptist Church and later East Brandywine Baptist Church where she was an Awana leader, a SS helper, and the custodian for nearly 20 years.  Most recently the Kieffers attended Twin Valley Bible Chapel.

Surviving along with her husband are a son, Loren (Pete), husband of Sally, daughters, Nerissa and Lydia, and a son, Daniel, husband of Kristen.  There are 18 grandchildren and I 14 great grandchildren.  She is predecessed by a son, Christian, a granddaughter, Naomi, 3 brothers, Gerald, Ron, and Ken, and 4 sisters, Pauline, Miriam, Lorraine, and Sandy.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026 at Twin Valley Bible Chapel with visitation at 10 am, a service at 11 am, and a luncheon following in the church fellowship hall.
