In Loving Memory of Michael Joseph Pannulla, Sr.
(January 11, 1952 – July 25, 2026)
Michael Joseph Pannulla, Sr. passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, at the age of 74. Born in Philadelphia, Michael lived a life defined by devotion, hard work, and a profound love for those closest to him.
A United States Air Force veteran, Michael leaves behind a beautiful, lasting legacy. He is survived by his devoted wife Catherine (nee Vassallo); his three sons Michael Jr. (Jennifer), Anthony, and Thomas (Samantha); his four cherished grandchildren Michael III, Rachel, Thomas Jr., and Lillianna; and his brother Joseph (Rosemary). Additionally, he leaves behind a beloved mother-in-law Angelina Vassallo (nee Striano) and a loving collection of brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Dorothy (nee Bock), sister Kathleen Partridge, and brother Daniel.
He will be remembered as a dedicated husband, a guiding father, and a proud grandfather. If he was not found maintaining his beloved property, you could find him building/fixing something to help a family member or friend, cheering on Villanova basketball from his living room chair or enjoying Frank Sinatra on vinyl. On special occasions, you could also locate him on the dance floor cutting it up to Footloose.
It is deeply fitting that Michael spent his final moments in the very house he built with his own hands. He constructed this home not merely as a shelter, but as a gathering place specifically designed and built to be enjoyed, filled with warmth, and loved by his family. While he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him, the foundation of love he poured into his family, and the walls of the home he built for them, will stand as an enduring testament to a beautiful life well-lived.

A visitation will occur from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. A Celebration of Life and luncheon for family and friends will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Lankenau Medical Center Radiation Oncology Department in memory of Mike Pannulla.
